One of the biggest Food Festival in Cagayan de Oro is happening every month of March or April and this is Big Bite 2020 Food Festival organized by Ayala Centrio Mall. It is now in its 5th year celebrating local foods around the region.

Here are some of the food samplers we have tasted during the 3-day event food festival prepared by the local food creators.

On the Bayou Jambalaya Special Sauce by Jambalaya Seafoods & More, it’s mixed seafood with its very delectable signature sauce.

Candy’s Burger with an ube twist.

Cassava Cake by Butter & Oven, a delectable delicacy made of grated cassava, milk and cream. It is baked and generously topped with cream and cheese.

Tofu Mushroom Wrap by EchoCafe at Echo Store CDO. A no meat wrap with tofu and mushroom mixed with our homemade Greek sauce.
