The Loop condominium located at the Limketkai Center inaugurated its new sales office located at the ground level of its newly finished The Loop North Tower.

Attended by executives of COHO (formerly Camella Condo Homes), Albino Limketkai and Team as well as real estate agents and brokers.

The event also launched its new branding – Camella Condo Homes is now officially called COHO by Vista land – short for Condo Homes. COHO is its new branding for its Midrise Condominium projects all over the country.

They unveiled its newest midrise condominium project at Grand Europa in Uptown Cagayan de Oro called the Crest. It is a midrise condominium compose of seven buildings at seven floors each. Watch out for more updates of this project in the coming months.
